Using the Website
By using this site and sending inquiries, you agree to provide accurate information and allow us to contact you about bookings, tours, and service updates.
Service Acceptance
All pets are subject to an initial assessment. If a pet does not suit the environment or presents safety risks, we may decline service. In such cases, no charges will be taken for the assessment period.
Bookings and Cancellations
- If a booking is cancelled after check-in or after the service window begins, charges are applied based on the nearest time slab used (for example, a 0 to 6 hour stay is charged at the 0 to 6 hour slab).
- Early pick-up does not automatically reduce charges; the closest completed slab applies.
- In rare operational or safety situations where a stay must be ended early, the nearest applicable slab will apply.
Payments
Payments are due as communicated at the time of booking or check-in. We may request advance payments for certain services or durations.
Owner Responsibilities
Owners must provide accurate pet details, emergency contacts, and care instructions. You are responsible for sharing any relevant health or behavior information that may affect your pet’s stay.
Emergency Care
If an emergency occurs and we are unable to reach the owner or emergency contacts, you authorize us to seek appropriate care for your pet. Any external medical costs are the owner’s responsibility.
Limitation of Liability
We take reasonable care of all pets. However, we are not liable for issues arising from undisclosed medical conditions, behavioral issues, or inaccurate information provided by the owner.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
